Nutritional adjustment involves looking at what passes your lips everyday. Together we look at the types of food that you eat. Are they good? Are they bad? We also look at what you drink and then see if we can find an easy way to improve your diet.


This is not a dietary service, we won’t give you meal guides or calories to count, but what we will do is look at your lifestyle, how much time you can give to cooking and thinking about what you eat. Then each week we’ll look at what small changes you can make, that over time, not over night, will improve your body.
